About Ryan C. Kuhl

Ryan Kuhl, the founding attorney of the firm, is recognized by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by only one percent of all Florida lawyers. Board Certified lawyers have met the Florida Bar’s highest standards for special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in various areas of law, professionalism, and ethics in the practice of law. Mr. Kuhl served as a Prosecuting Attorney in both Phoenix, AZ, and Fort Myers, FL, and was formerly a partner in a multi-state law firm where his practice was limited to the representation of plaintiffs in injury litigation and claims.
Since 2003, Ryan has lived and worked in Southwest Florida. He recently celebrated his 20th wedding anniversary and is raising two wonderful children within the Naples community. When he is not working or spending time with his family, Mr. Kuhl is an avid cyclist. He logged over 6,000 miles in 2019, and was named “Most Improved Rider” by the Naples Velo cycling club.
